韩式炒杂菜
今天想吃韩式炒杂菜 啦啦
这道菜呢很简单啦,而且是半素菜,所以合适减肥的嘿!
材料:
baby spinach,我懒得择菜,所以就直接买一盒的小菠菜了,开水焯一下。
红椒,青椒各半个,切/擦成粗丝
冬菇3个,用凉水泡开
胡萝卜一根,擦成丝。
白洋葱1/4个,切成丝
蒜,2颗,用夹蒜器夹碎。
瘦猪/牛肉小小块,切成0.5cm*1.5cm大小的肉块,薄0.2mm哈
最主要的韩国/中国红薯面,煮熟后小火继续,煮烂些。
做法:
瘦猪肉加蒜末,酱油,我用的甜酱油,腌一阵。
红薯粉过下凉水放入一个盆中。
平底锅加油中火预热。
分别将菠菜,洋葱,青椒红椒,胡萝卜,蘑菇,肉炒熟倒入红薯面中。
倒入一些甜酱油,酱油,香油,盐,用手(带手套啊)拌匀,用食用剪刀将薯粉剪断,入盘,可以吃啦~~~
PS:
需要注意的地方:
菠菜一定要用热水先炒一下;
薯粉一定要煮熟到比较烂为止;
瘦肉腌的时候一定要放些蒜末;
所有的菜炒的时候都要多炒一会儿,让菜软些。
冬菇很提味,一定要放些哦哦~~~
所有东西一定要分别炒,不要一锅烩啊~
